Yes, we provide existing samples for free. Custom designs may require a small sample charge, which is refundable when orders reach certain quantities. Shipping is available via FedEx, UPS, TNT, or DHL.
How long is the sample lead time?
Existing samples: 2-3 days. Custom designs: 5-7 days depending on design complexity and printing requirements.
What is your production lead time?
MOQ orders: 1 day. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. Stockless orders up to 5,000 units are completed within 10 days.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for molds or printing screens for your confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We use Pantone Matching System. You can provide Pantone color codes, or we can recommend popular colors.
Do I need to pay mold costs for reorders?
If the size remains unchanged, you only pay the mold cost once. Molds are designed for long-term use.
How many samples will I receive before bulk ordering?
We provide initial samples with your logo for quality confirmation, followed by confirmed samples for comparison with bulk orders.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For products in stock, we can accept orders below MOQ.
What if there are quality issues with bulk orders?
Please provide a test report. We will investigate whether issues occurred during transportation or manufacturing. Compensation is processed within 10 days after assessment.
Do you offer FBA service for Amazon?
Yes, we provide FBA service. Amazon FNSKU labels and barcodes are required. We'll apply labels to each package and arrange shipping to FBA via air, sea, or train.
What are your payment terms?
