Answer: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it Will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach.
Question 4: How long is the sample lead time?
Answer: For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
Question 5: How long is the production lead time? What is your delivery time?
Answer: It takes 1 days for MOQ. Usually, there are many hot-selling goods. If this is not the case, the daily production capacity of goggles is 3,000 sets. Answer: We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

Question 8: Do we need to pay the mold cost again when reordering next time?
