Usually our MOQ is 48 pcs, but we accept lower quantity for trial orders. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the cost accordingly.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We usually provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, there is a small sample charge that is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples: 2-3 days (free). For custom designs: 5-7 days, depending on design requirements.
How long is the production lead time?
1 day for MOQ. Daily production capacity is 3,000 sets. We can complete 5,000 stockless orders within 10 days.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We accept JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designers will create 3D drawings for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. You can provide Pantone color codes or we can recommend popular colors.
Do we need to pay mold cost again for reorders?
If the size doesn't change, you only pay the mold cost once. The mold can be used for a long time.
How many samples will I get before bulk ordering?
The first sample will carry your logo for quality confirmation. After testing, a confirmed sample will be sent for comparison with future bulk orders.
What is the MOQ for printed logos?
MOQ for printed logos is 300 sets. For stock products, we can accept orders below MOQ if available.
What if there are quality problems with bulk orders?
Please send us a test report. We will investigate whether the problem occurred during transportation or production. Compensation will be paid within 10 days after judgment.
Do you have FBA service to Amazon?
Yes, we provide FBA service. Amazon FNSKU (label and barcode) is required. We will apply barcodes to each package and ship via your preferred method.
How should I pay?
30% deposit to confirm the order, with balance payment when production is complete. We accept Paypal, T/T, and guarantee slips.
